Understand why Vinted sale proceeds may appear as pending, when they move to available balance and how to check a withdrawal.
Pending balance is linked to order completion
After a buyer pays, proceeds can appear as pending while the order is in progress. Vinted says a standard order is completed when the buyer confirms everything is OK, or after the buyer’s issue window ends without a report. Its current UK help says standard seller funds move to available balance within two days after an order completes. Pro seller orders can have a different timeline because the buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period.
Delivery scans, weekends, open issues and account verification can affect what you see. Treat the order screen and current Vinted Help Centre as the source for your transaction.
Check available balance and payment history
Once funds are available, check the Vinted Balance and payment history. Vinted notes that balance funds may be used automatically for purchases on Vinted, or you may already have withdrawn them. If the amount seems missing, check for a purchase, withdrawal, cancellation, refund or account verification request before assuming it is lost.
Make a withdrawal safely
Use the payout controls in Vinted itself and confirm your bank details carefully. Do not follow a buyer’s link or give someone your login, card details or verification code to “release” a payment. Vinted’s safety guidance says to keep transactions in its system. If a withdrawal is delayed or blocked, contact Vinted through the official Help Centre.
Sources and record keeping
