Why multi-favourite buyers matter
One favourite is interest. Three favourites from the same person is a shopping list. A bundle gives them a reason to buy now, and gives you several sales in one parcel for one trip to the drop-off point.
Finding them in Listel
The Bulk Messaging page includes a card called “Users Favourited Multiple Items”. It shows how many buyers liked more than one of your items, and one click selects all of them. Those buyers are counted once, even if they favourited many things, so nobody receives repeated messages.
What to send
You have two good options:
- The Bundle deal template: a short message inviting them to bundle items for a discount and postage saving.
- A price offer on one of the items they liked, with or without a message.

Keep it simple
Do not overwhelm them. One short message, a clear benefit and room for them to reply. Listel’s message templates are editable, so adjust the wording to suit the items.
