Five templates to start from
These are the starting points built into Listel’s Bulk Messaging. Replace the item name with the real one, and edit freely.
- Thanks for liking: “Hi! Thanks for liking my [item]. Feel free to ask me any questions about it 😊”
- Bundle deal: “Hi! Thanks for liking my [item]. If you bundle it with anything else from my shop I will give you a discount and save you on postage 😊”
- Offer discount: “Hi! I have sent you a discounted offer on my [item]. Have a look and accept it if you are interested 😊”
- More pictures or info: “Hi! Would you like any more pictures or information about my [item]? Happy to send extra photos or measurements 😊”
- Other: start from a blank message and write your own.
Make each one sound like you
Change the wording to match how you usually write, add a detail only you know (“it is a little roomy on me”), and keep it short. Listel limits messages to 200 characters, which is plenty for a friendly nudge. Always use details you can verify and never promise availability, condition or postage you cannot honour.
Which template for which situation
- Thanks for liking works for newer listings where you simply want to start a conversation.
- Bundle deal suits buyers who liked several items. See bundle offers for multiple favourites.
- Offer discount fits items that have had plenty of likes but no sale.
- More pictures or info helps where buyers may be unsure about size, fit or condition.
Sending them in bulk with Listel
In Listel’s Bulk Messaging, pick the buyers, choose a template, edit the text, and press Send. You can also add a price offer to the message, or send the offer alone. Messages go out through your own browser, a few seconds apart, with a progress card showing how it is going. The bulk offers guide explains the offer options.
Check Vinted’s current rules first
Vinted’s rules on automation and external software can change and can differ by account type, and a third-party tool does not give you permission to do something Vinted does not allow. Read Vinted’s current UK Terms and our plain-English summary before using any bulk workflow, and keep your activity at a level that is normal for your shop. No tool can guarantee that your account will not be restricted.
Keep it safe and genuine
Keep payment and conversation inside Vinted, never share passwords or one-time codes, and avoid sending the same message repeatedly to the same person. See our wider guide to messaging Vinted buyers.
