From item favourites to a message draft
The Listel messaging screen groups Vinted items with favourites and shows buyer activity for each item. You can select items or individual buyers, then ask AI to prepare personalised message text using your prompt and the relevant item context.
Review and edit before sending
Listel provides a review step where you can move through each proposed message, change its text and decide whether to send it. If the same buyer has favourited several selected items, the interface combines those into one recipient message to avoid sending duplicate messages.
Keep messages accurate and respectful
Check that every message is relevant to the buyer’s interest, accurate about the item and consistent with Vinted’s rules. Don’t add unsupported claims, pressure buyers, or share private information. A favourite does not mean a buyer has agreed to receive marketing.
Check Vinted’s rules before using third-party tools
Vinted’s UK terms applicable from 8 October 2026 restrict external software tools when using Vinted unless that use is authorised, offered or otherwise allowed by Vinted. The terms also describe corrective actions that may include blocking messages or an account. Listel’s review controls do not establish that Vinted has authorised a particular messaging workflow. Read the current Vinted terms and decide whether the feature is permitted for your account before using it.
Does messaging guarantee a sale?
No. A buyer may not respond or purchase, and Listel cannot control Vinted’s delivery, moderation or account decisions. Use the feature only where current platform rules permit it.
