Why offers to buyers who favourited can work
A favourite is a soft signal: the buyer likes the item but something is holding them back, often the price. A personal offer removes that hurdle without you cutting the listing price for everyone. It also reaches the buyer directly, rather than hoping they come back to the item on their own.
Timing matters. Listel can only see recent favourite activity, roughly the last seven days, so offers are most useful when you send them soon after the favourites come in.
Check Vinted’s current rules first
Vinted’s rules on automation and external software can change and can differ by account type, and a third-party tool does not give you permission to do something Vinted does not allow. Read Vinted’s current UK Terms and our plain-English summary before using any bulk workflow, and keep your activity at a level that is normal for your shop. No tool can guarantee that your account will not be restricted.
How bulk offers work in Listel
- Sync your favourites. Listel lists your items that have recent favourites and the buyers behind them.
- Choose who to reach. Select items or individual buyers. The “Users Favourited Multiple Items” card picks out people who liked more than one of your items in one click, which is useful for bundle offers.
- Pick how to send. Choose Offer only, Message + offer, or No offer (message only).
- Set the discount. Choose 5, 10, 15 or 20% off, or type your own percentage. Listel shows the offer price for each selected item before anything is sent.
- Press Send. A progress card in the corner shows how many have gone out, with Pause and Cancel buttons.
Offers are rounded to the nearest 50p. If an offer would not be lower than the item’s current price, that item is skipped rather than sent.
Decide your lowest price before you send
If a buyer accepts, you are committed to sell at that price, so work out your floor first. Add up what you paid, any postage you cover and anything else the sale costs you, then check that the lowest offer on your list still leaves a profit you are happy with. If a 20% offer is too deep for some items, deselect them or use a smaller percentage. Our guide on how much discount to offer has worked examples.
Offer only, or offer with a message?
A short message gives context and feels more personal, while an offer on its own is quicker and avoids saying the same thing to dozens of people. You can read more on sending an offer without a message and message templates for buyers who favourited.
Keep it measured
Sending to everyone with a favourite, every day, is not the goal. Target the items you genuinely want to move, keep the discounts sensible, and watch how buyers respond. Listel sends through your own browser, a few seconds apart, and you can pause or cancel at any time. See how Listel handles account safety.
