Why send an offer on its own
- It is quick. No text to write or edit for each buyer.
- It avoids repetition. You do not send the same sentence to dozens of people.
- It is clear. The buyer sees a price they can accept.
When a message still helps
Add a short message if the item needs context, such as a flaw you want to be upfront about, or if you are offering a bundle. Otherwise, the offer alone is usually enough. The message templates are there when you want one.
How offer-only works in Listel
- Open Bulk Messaging and choose who to reach.
- In Price offer, choose Offer only. This is the default.
- Pick 5, 10, 15 or 20% off, or type a custom percentage.
- Check the offer price shown for each item.
- Press Send. The buyer receives the offer on Vinted with no message from you.
Offers are rounded to the nearest 50p, and any item where the offer would not be lower than its current price is skipped.
Before you press send
An accepted offer is a commitment to sell at that price. Check your lowest price on every item first, and see how much discount to offer if you are unsure. You can pause or cancel from the progress card at any time.
Check Vinted’s current rules first
Vinted’s rules on automation and external software can change and can differ by account type, and a third-party tool does not give you permission to do something Vinted does not allow. Read Vinted’s current UK Terms and our plain-English summary before using any bulk workflow, and keep your activity at a level that is normal for your shop. No tool can guarantee that your account will not be restricted.
