How to Save Time as a Vinted Seller: A Weekly Workflow for Busy Resellers

Save time by deciding when each task happens and keeping every item identifiable from intake to dispatch. Adapt this routine to your volume.

Intake and prepare

When stock arrives, give each item an ID, inspect its condition, record what you paid and where it is stored, and separate anything that needs cleaning or repair. Doing this before photography prevents searching later and stops photos being matched to the wrong piece.

Photograph in one batch, list in another

Photograph one item at a time in a consistent order: front, back, label, detail, flaw. Then upload the whole batch at once, from your computer or by sending photos from your phone. Listel groups the photos into items and fills in each listing, so one sitting turns a pile of stock into ready-to-review listings. Check every listing against the item, then publish. See bulk upload and the checklist.

Messages, dispatch and review

Check messages at set times. For orders, follow the shipping method and deadline shown by Vinted; its current UK help says standard sellers generally have five business days to send an order. Mark sold stock, reconcile proceeds and costs, and once a week look at older listings for missing details or weak photos. See the shipping guide and managing a large wardrobe.
