What Vinted bulk upload means in Listel
In Listel, bulk upload is a way to prepare multiple new listing drafts from item photos. You select photos, organise them into item groups, and let Listel suggest details such as titles, descriptions, categories, brands, condition and prices where the images provide enough information. The results are drafts for you to inspect and edit.
This is different from importing a spreadsheet of existing listings or automatically relisting old items. Check the current feature and plan details in your Listel account to see what your setup supports.
A review-first workflow
- Choose clear photos. Use a separate group for each item and include useful angles, labels and any flaws.
- Let Listel prepare drafts. The AI analyses the photos and proposes listing details. Progress is shown as item groups complete.
- Review the result. Confirm brand, size, condition, category, price and description. Images cannot reliably reveal every label or defect.
- Decide what to publish. Only proceed after checking the draft and the marketplace rules that apply to your account.
Does bulk upload publish automatically?
Preparing drafts and publishing them are separate stages in Listel. The draft-first process lets you inspect and correct AI-generated details before you send a listing workflow to Vinted. Don’t treat generated text as verified product information, and don’t publish an item you cannot accurately describe.
Which photos can I upload?
The current uploader accepts JPG, PNG and WEBP images up to 20 MB each. You can choose photos from your computer or use the phone-upload option. Keep each item’s photos together and check that the images have been grouped with the right draft. The current screen describes bulk upload as having no daily limit; check your Listel account for any plan-specific conditions before preparing a large batch.
What happens after the AI finishes?
Listel creates draft cards for review. You can correct the title, brand, size, condition, category, price and description before selecting which drafts to publish. The upload process is designed around three stages: upload photos, review the generated drafts, then publish the items you have checked.
Important: read Vinted’s current rules
Vinted’s UK Terms and Conditions currently restrict external software tools unless their use is authorised, offered or otherwise allowed by Vinted. They also prohibit repeatedly deleting and relisting the same item or relisting multiple items in bulk. Listel is an independent service and does not grant permission to use an extension or workflow that Vinted does not allow. Review the current Vinted UK terms and make your own decision before connecting or publishing.
