Before you start
Photograph each item on its own, with the front, back, label, any detail and any flaw together in one run. Make sure you are logged in to Vinted in Google Chrome and that the Listel extension is installed, because publishing happens through your own browser. If you have not set that up yet, follow our extension setup guide.
Step 1: add your photos
Drag photos in from your computer, or scan the QR code with your phone and send them straight from your camera roll. The phone upload guide covers this in detail.
Step 2: check the groups
Listel sorts the photos into one group per item. Count the groups against the items on your table, then move, split or merge photos where it has guessed wrong. This takes seconds and saves editing a whole listing later.
Step 3: let the AI draft each listing
For every group, Listel suggests a title, description, category, brand, size, colour, condition, price and package size. Treat these as a starting point rather than a finished listing.
Step 4: review every item
Listings with everything filled in show as Ready, and anything missing shows as Review with the gap highlighted. Listel only shows the fields Vinted needs for that category, and an item only turns Ready once every required field is complete. Read our guide to reviewing AI drafts before you publish.
Step 5: publish
Send the Ready items to Vinted. Listel adds them one after another through the extension, with pauses between each, so keep your Vinted tab open until it finishes. A progress card shows how far through it is.
Watch it first
Prefer to see it done? There is a video tutorial of the bulk upload process, also available inside Listel from the Help & Support page.
If something goes wrong
- Photos grouped wrongly: move them between groups before you move on.
- An item stays on Review: open it and fill the highlighted field.
- Publishing pauses: check the extension shows as connected and that Vinted is not asking you to complete a security check.
Check Vinted’s current rules first
Vinted’s rules on automation and external software can change and can differ by account type, and a third-party tool does not give you permission to do something Vinted does not allow. Read Vinted’s current UK Terms and our plain-English summary before using any bulk workflow, and keep your activity at a level that is normal for your shop. No tool can guarantee that your account will not be restricted.
